it's been heartbreaking for Katie to miss her senior volleyball season; to watch and not play. the team is getting ready for district play-offs (today) and Katie will be going as their stats keeper. it was so nice for her to be included in the team dinner last night (at our house), the team breakfast this morning and taking the bus with the team to the games today.we have all have the experience of being excluded and isn't it nice when your are
included.

That is awesome - I am sure the coach and the girls appreciate the way Katie has worked hard to stay involved and support them, too.
I'm sure this season has been bittersweet for her. I'm glad she's been happy to be included in other ways.
that has to be hard for katie. . but glad she can still be a little bit a part of it!
